Drainage Resolution and Permitting, The Oaks at Countrywood Manufactured Home Communities
HSW supported the client’s efforts to resolve SWFWMD notices regarding site drainage issues for this residential community. The work included negotiations with the SWFWMD, drainage modeling using ICPR, preparation of design modifications to address 100-year flood (peak stage) conditions and minor modifications to assure SWFWMD the storm water conveyance system met the intent of the original design. Construction supervision of drainage modifications and notice of completion reports were provided to gain final SWFWMD approval.
